We've all been expecting aesthetic and practical improvements on Cortelyou. The new clock that was installed yesterday near the corner of Rugby Road is certainly one of them. Yet it's placement is peculiar as it was actually installed on the edge of P.S. 139's school property. Well, Whatev'. At least, we'll know if we need a late pass
